A sweet New Year to you and yours as well. I have two apple challahs on their second rise, and the dough for the two raisin challahs on it's first. The chicken soup is nearly done and the Kugel (w/ a recipe using dark brown sugar and pecans) is just about ready to go.
Oh and cleaning.
And the husband appears to have a kidney stone (ouch).
And cleaning. However, I know that in a few hours it will all come together and we'll all be neat and clean and welcoming the New Year together.
