That's really neat! I read Cook's Illustrated occasionally; it's interesting. (Although I admit that I haven't had a strong desire to subscribe; for sheer food lust, I vastly prefer Saveur. *grin* I used to like Gourmet but they got too many advertisements. Grr.)
