Making friends and influencing people

I don't usually post about business here, but since this is basically a popularity contest, it seems appropriate...

Vote for us on the A-list! Click on "weddings," then "invitations," and then "Unique Simchas"! Based on what I've been able to gather, winning seems to be a matter of how many people know you're there, and we could really use the positive publicity if we're selected. Your help would be appreciated!

If you're feeling energetic, you can also go to "arts" - "art gallery" and vote for "Artana." The owner is our neighbor, a good friend, and (as [livejournal.com profile] sfrose can corroborate) very good at what she does.

If you want to encourage other people to vote, too, I won't object... :-)

Yes, Artana Gallery is a very good gallery, and the website shows a good selection of paintings available each month.

I did, and did so having used your professional services, of course. (If I ever need to get more Hugo certificates done, you're my go-to gal.)

Thanks very much! Let us know if you ever need anything socially, too. :-)

Any idea how they weed out duplicates? IP address?

(I voted from the hotel in Baltimore. I wonder if SMOZZ can vote from Boston?)

From what I've seen they ask for your e-mail address and send you a link, which you click on to register your vote. So they're only allowing one vote per e-mail address. I guess they aren't too concerned about people having multiple addresses... Thanks for your support!
