I'm awake! The answer is 12!

I've been having trouble getting up - and subsequently been running late - all summer, but since we changed the clocks back, I've noticed that I'm feeling much more alert. Apparently my inner circadian doesn't like Daylight Savings. So that made me wonder whether anyone else has been similarly affected...

I don't notice a particular difference overall (I'm always very time-sensitive), but I do hate Daylight Saving Time with a passion.

Interesting... why so?

I notice that I'm not as close to the equator as I once was. My main problem is the lack of daylight in these arctic conditions, whichever way the clock is pointing.

The main thing I notice is the shortened Fridays.

I heard this on NPR friday and have noticed that waking and being on time in the morning is not an issue at the moment. I do like the daylight in the morning and darker evenings and of course fall and winter are my perferred seasons.

I knew we had something in common... love the new icon, BTW!
