I was referring more to the song... singing about superstition, and similarly witchy stuff.

Well, American Idol is rated (I think) "G", and one of the contestants sang "Superstition" for Stevie Wonder week ... but then again, the guy who eventually won said he was choosing "Levon" another week because "it possesses family values", so clearly no one pays the slightest attention to lyrical content in that show ....

Couldn't say, I've never watched it... but my impression is that it's a glitzier version of "Star Search."
