Well, we're home from lunch/dinner at my aunt and uncle's. It was nice to see everyone (it's amazing how fast my cousins' kids are growing), and, of course, there was more food than we could reasonably eat.

Knishes (made by my uncle)
Hot dogs in blankets
Eggrolls
Vegetables and dip

Salad
Pumpkin bread
Mini corn muffins

Turkey
Stuffing
Marshmallow yams
Stuffed potatoes
Cranberry mold
Pasta with vegetables
Acorn squash
Bean salad (made by [livejournal.com profile] sdavido)

Strawberry shortcake
Lemon meringue pie
Pecan pie
Apple pie
Chocolate chip cookies
Oatmeal cookies
Chocolate spice cookies (made by me)
Fried wonton cookies (made by my mother)
Blueberry cheesecake (pareve)
Tofutti
Assorted fruit

Somehow, I'm still feeling pretty full...

I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday!

On the subject of Thanksgiving, some of you may have seen this before, but it's still very well done. Check out the Is Thanksgiving Kosher? analysis...

On another topic, my computer is acting weird again. None of my shortcuts are working. Not from the desktop, not from the program menu... not at all, as far as I can figure out. I have been able to launch programs by clicking on the .exe icons in Windows Explorer so thankfully I can still do some things. But we might take it to MicroCenter tomorrow in hopes that they can fix it before it gets worse. (It also needs a new CD drive, and we've been meaning to get that taken care of before the warranty expires.) If we do take it in, I'm hoping I won't be without it for very long... but if you don't hear from me for a couple days, that's probably why.
