My aunt's friend's son was killed during a robbery earlier today. As you can imagine the whole community is in shock. It's bad enough when you hear about something like this in the abstract; it's even more distressing when you know someone involved, even if indirectly...

Yeah, apparently he was in my cousin's class, so she was going back home for the funeral... very sad.
