Back from the Great Green North

We're back from our visit to foolcat and drturtle in the far reaches of Maine. It was wonderful to see them, and to spend some time together. The scenery is lovely up there, too. I took a bunch of pictures, I hope they come out well!

As an added bonus, while we were there, we finally got to see Shaolin Soccer! sdavido and I have been wanting to see that for over a year now, but it's been in very limited release. Definitely worth seeing! If you're looking for something fun to do, it's playing in Worcester through next week.

And we had lovely weather for our drive home today... the only disadvantage is that I got a really bad case of Driver's Sunburn from keeping the window down. My arm looks like the "before" in a lotion advertisement. Hopefully it'll get better soon.

That's about it here... I should probably go to bed b/c I want to get an early start tomorrow. I'll have to finish catching up on posts later. Hope you all had a great 4th!
