A customer brought me flowers today, with a nice note thanking me for all my help. I thought that was extremely sweet of her. We do also get the customers who want to change their font six times and the ink color twice, and get offended if you don't jump to your feet as soon as they walk in the door... but some of them are really nice. :-)
