Since the start of the New Year (about a week and a half ago), three friends of ours have gotten engaged. Hope the trend continues!

Heh. Did you hear about the sheva brachot that the Finkelmans held for us, where the Baronofsky family was invited by Rabbi Finkelman, not knowing they were going to a sheva brachot for people they actually knew? That was a great laugh.

Point being, I actually do know a lot of the Brookline community.

Yeah, we were actually invited to that same one (also not knowing who the couple was) but had a conflict and couldn't make it. Neither of the other friends are local, though.
