Random question of the day: If you could request the invention of a new kosher food product, what would it be?

Honestly, Kosher St. Louis Ribs or scallops. For me it's moot as I don't keep kosher.

I am thinking of becoming a vegetarian, or at least in taking beef out of my diet and if gthe whole family goes along with this we may adjust some of our other eating habits and then kosher the house. Baby steps though.
