Does anyone know whether/when/where there's going to be a parade for the Celtics tomorrow? I need to go through Boston in the morning, I don't want to get bogged down in revelers throwing confetti...

They are having a rolling rally downtown starting at 11.

Based on prior experiences with rolling rallies, you are best off avoiding the entire downtown area. Go around!

I have an appointment in the Longwood area at 9:30; do you think things will still be calm at that point? (If I hit traffic on the way out it won't be as much of an issue.) If not... since I'm coming from Malden I was going to go Memorial Drive/Mass. Ave/Huntington/Longwood. Do you know what the parade route is? Or can you think of a way to get from Malden to Longwood without cutting through downtown? Thanks!

I suppose I can go through Brookline, that just seems less efficient. But if you think the whole downtown area will be a mess I may be better off that way.
