Pesach in February

sdavido and I went to Stop & Shop tonight, and were surprised to see that they have all their Pesach stuff out already! We explained to the manager that they're too early, but he said the orders came from the home office... and apparently nobody there checked the calendar. If anybody else wants to write and tell them to pay more attention, there's a link on their site. Otherwise, consider this just a random amusement...

Funny, I didn't even realize Easter was early this year; I thought they were just off b/c Pesach is late!

Stores are always ahead of the times. I needed a new pair of gloves, at least till I can get back to the NESFA clubhouse and pick up the ones I left there, but all the stores were selling short sleeves and shorts. Finally I found an EMS that had a few mittens left.
