California has a recall provision. Perhaps Massachusetts does too.

A governor certainly can be impeached, but it's usually polite to find a law that he's broken first. Unfortunately, being a jerk and doing messed-up things to the state in capacieites which are legally within his rights as governor doesn't qualify.

Yeah, I suppose breaking his promises just makes him an average politician. (sigh)
